Usually 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the unit and how easy it is to get to.
It depends on the age of the unit and what’s wrong with it. Mac will check it on site and give you a straight answer — fix it if that makes sense, replace it if a repair would be money down the drain.
Once a year is a good rule, ideally before summer. Units in dusty spots or running all day may need it more often.
Yes. Mac is a licensed electrician, so if the fault is in the power supply, circuit or isolator, it gets fixed in the same visit.
